Quick Key Info

  • We do not give refunds for change of mind, only store credit to be used at our online store.
  • Returns and exchanges must be sent back to us within 7 days following receipt of the item(s).
  • You must contact us at customercare@jackiemackdesigns.com to advise us regarding your intention to return an UNWORN item, and receive confirmation that it qualifies for a return.
  • Items must be unworn due to hygiene reasons.
  • All returns will be either processed for a store credit (valid for 12 months) once received or in the case of a pre-arranged exchange, will be replaced with an item of your choice.
  • You will need to cover the cost of return postage.
  • Note that faulty items do not include items that have been misused, including rings, pendants, chains and earrings that have been bent out of shape, or if the metal was twisted.
  • In some instances, we can repair items at our own discretion once the item has been assessed at our studio.

It happens, you change your mind or you accidentally ordered the wrong colour – these are all valid reasons that are included under the ‘change of mind’ policy.

We will accept a change of mind return as long as it meets the following guidelines:

-Return within 7 days following receipt of your parcel.

-Return in its original condition, unworn and in its display card and jewellery bag, and shipping box to ensure the item is protected during transit.

Note the following:

-We do not refund or credit the shipping cost.

-We do not give refunds, only store credit, please choose carefully.

-If the item(s) were purchased at a discounted price, you will be credited the value paid for the item and not the full retail price.

If your item is faulty we will provide a replacement within 7 days of receipt of your order.

Please reach out to us at customercare@jackiemackdesigns.com include your order number in the subject line and send us clear photos of the faults.

We will get back to you as soon as possible.

If you wish to return an item(s) purchased through Afterpay, please note the following:

-Once we confirm that the item is eligible for return, we will deposit store credit into your Jackie Mack Designs account.

-Store credit will be deposited for the total value of the item(s) once successfully returned.

-Your personal agreement with Afterpay will still stand and you will continue to pay the scheduled repayment.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, it must be in its original condition, with no signs of wear and its original packaging must be intact.

Please reutilise the shipping box and satchel to return the jewellery to ensure that it’s protected during transit.

Should the item not be in its original UNWORN condition the return/exchange will be rejected and the item will be returned to the customer.
